The European Commission at the Ecomondo

Once again, the REA -European Research Executive Agency, participated in Ecomondo, the annual trade fair for the green and circular economy. The expo took place in Rimini, Italy from 7 to 10 November 2023.


It brought together all sectors of the circular economy, from material and energy recovery to sustainable development. This year, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), the European Research Executive Agency (REA), and the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), representing the European Commission, joined forces to participate with several activities. They hosted EU-funded projects at the EC stand and organized thematic sessions and one-to-one meetings.


Nymphe was present at the European Commission stand entitled "Funding Circular Economy Innovation in Europe: with project representatives coordinator of Nymphe project - prof. Giulio Zanaroli (Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna), Nicolas KALOGERAKIS (University of Toronto), Philippe Corvini (Hochschule für Life Sciences FHNW).


The event marked a significant stride towards fostering sustainable practices and driving innovation within the circular economy. Let's continue pushing the boundaries for a greener and more circular future! 🌿🔄
